Join us for a series of exciting art and craft workshops led by local artists and craftspeople. Each month we will celebrate a different process, material and technique, guided by experts in the areas of illustration, textiles, bookbinding, fine art, embroidery and caligraphy. These workshops are a fantastic opportunity to learn about the career pathways and work of the artists too! 
 
This month we will be inviting Emma Wilson into the studio. She is a modern calligrapher, specialising in calligraphy, typography and illustration. Expect lots of expert guidance and prepare for lots of letter writing using specialist equipment. 
 
FREE - please only book a place for yourself if you are absolutely certain that you are able to attend. We wish to offer this opportunity to as many community members as possible, and 'no-shows' and people who fail to cancel in advance of workshops impact on us being able to open up spaces to more participants. 
 
Suitable for adults and young people who are accompanied by a parent/guardian. 
 
The workshops will take place in our studio on Chadwick Road in Eccles. Please be aware that studio is accessed up a short flight of stairs. We have onsite car parking, but this is limited. 
 
Once you have booked on to the workshop, you will be added to the register and contacted nearer to the start time of the class. The message will come from info@humbugart.com and may end up in your spam folder. 
 
Places are limited, if the website says 'Out of Stock' we are fully booked. Please only attend if you have signed up via the website - there may not be spaces available if you turn up unannounced!
